Me Kerlie Stephen and Me Christhi Nguyen, two lawyers from the Alepin Gauthier firm, attended a cocktail hosted by the Laval Board of Trade regarding exchanges between Vietnam and Canada.

The opening speech was given by Mr. Pham Van Thanh, member of the Canadian and Vietnamese Association of Businessmen and Businesswomen, and Professionals.

Also, Mr. Nguyen Duc Hung, ambassador from Vietnam, discussed the commercial relations that Vietnam maintains with different countries and the ones that they want to develop more with certain countries like Canada.

As well, Mr. Monsieur Ha Ke Tuan, a trade adviser for the Vietnamese embassy, distributed to all a document on the different business opportunities that Vietnam offers to Canadians.

Finally, Mr. Nguyen Van Kiet, also a member of the Canadian and Vietnamese Association of Businessmen and Businesswomen, and Professionals, presented a project on the twinning of five industrial sectors between Vietnam and Canada.
