Through the years and as corporate law practitioners, we have identified the need to provide our corporate clients with an affordable way to rigorously and systematically verify their minute book and legal statutes.

Anxious to fulfil this need, we have established the Corporate Diagnosis MC, with the ambitious goal to be able to offer this service at a very competitive cost. Such a verification, comprises of a multitude of check points (more than 115), and is now possible at a pre-established cost, within a pre-established time period.

Once the appropriate diagnosis has been established, our system then generates a detailed report/ratio allowing us to view the exact legal status of the diagnosed company. This report/ratio contains, among other things, the following elements:

Noted irregularities;
Suggested corrective measures;
Legal consequences that may arise as a result of the aforesaid irregularities;
Costs required for each of the aforesaid corrections, and;

The aforementioned report, although extremely detailed, remains easy to understand and is therefore submitted to the company's directors, inspectors and auditors.
